1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AcadWrite ("we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Description & Academic Integrity

AcadWrite provides model academic documents (essays, assignments, dissertations, research papers, etc.) for reference and study purposes only. Our documents are intended to assist students in understanding structure, argument formation, and academic writing conventions. Students remain solely responsible for how they use any materials provided. We do not condone academic dishonesty. All model papers must be properly cited as a reference source if used in academic submissions.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed via our online order form. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment must be made in full before work commences, unless a deposit arrangement is agreed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement and will not change retrospectively.

4. Revision Policy

You are entitled to unlimited free revisions for 14 days after delivery (30 days for dissertation orders) provided that revision requests do not materially change the original order requirements. Revisions that constitute a new or substantially different task may be subject to additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee where work does not meet the agreed specifications and revisions have not resolved the issue. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Partial refunds may be issued proportionally. Refunds cannot be issued where the delivered work has been submitted to an academic institution. Full details are in our Refund Policy page.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the completed document for personal study and reference. AcadWrite retains intellectual property rights. You may not resell, reproduce, or redistribute completed documents.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client data with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information, order details, or payment data to any third party except where required by law. All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to: use our service for any unlawful purpose; submit our work directly to academic institutions as your own without proper citation; attempt to copy, resell, or redistribute completed documents; engage in any conduct that interferes with the operation of our platform.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is". While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes or grades. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcadWrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
